On his travels, Kratos discovers a mysterious world known as Amphorous. while in this world, he comes across the Prince of Kremnos, Mydei. sensing great power from this unknown being, mydei challenges Kratos to a battle.

speed is equalized

NO CYRENE AMP/POWER OF HOPE

fight ends when one is knocked out, resigns, or dies

battle takes place in Amphorous (ofc)

Mydei and Kratos just fights until the end of time tbh, I mean Mydei has passive Imaginary Energy (Destruction) + High-level Honkai Energy that's 6 layers, Kratos can't negate Mydei's immortality type 4 + self-resurrection

Valhalla is the strongest Norse key, so I assume you mean that one. And no, if they were the same they wouldn't be 3 keys...

Anyways, there was already a Honkai match a few days ago, that went incon with Valhalla Kratos. Anything this guy has that's special? At a glance he seems significantly less haxxed than Kevin.

Kratos has Type 4 Immortality Negation though? Unless Mydie's is layered in which case he can just RE beyond that or smth.
 
Kratos can negate most types of immortality, including Type 4 immortality.

He possesses Abstract Existence Type 2, which makes his death nearly impossible.

He also has Probability Manipulation, Acausality Type 4, and Immortality Type 8, and likewise possesses Immortality Type 4 as well.

Honestly, Kratos has a higher chance of winning.

Mydei's Immortality (Type 4) & High-Mid Self-Resurrection is also based on Abstract Existence (Type 2) given he inherited Nikador which is the personification of Strife in his Demigod key, Mydei has Passive Probability Manipulation and Kratos Acausality (Type 4) won't do much on a hand to hand matchup, the ability doesn't give any resistance normally.

I don't see his Immortality (Type 8) though, best I could see is Immortality (Type 4) on his Valhalla key, does Kratos even resist Imaginary Energy and High-level Honkai Energy that has Low-level Manipulation and its standard effects? I mean, Honkai Energy alone gives that much resistance on the page on the Low-level Manipulation section..

Atm I'm voting inconclusive since Mydei is just textbook Kratos anyway

Why would it being High-Mid say anything about it being more potent than regular Type 4? Heck, if that's the extent of it then Kratos wouldn't even need Type 4 negation to bypass it. He could just overpower it through raw energy.

Kratos resists layered Probability Manipulation. He's fine on that end.

Type 8 is for Hope Kratos, which isn't the key used here, so it can be ignored. That said, he resists almost the entirety of it anyways, from what I recall of his fight with Kevin.

How so? I mean like, unless his raw energy allows him to incapacitate Mydei then yeah but if it's the otherwise then I don't really see why that would be the case

Kratos can negate type 4 iirc. It's not in his profile for some reason but he did prevent Magni from coming back to life

Because a regeneration mechanic doesn't inherently make your Type 4 something that regular immortality negation can't counter. Not to mention High-Mid itself is pretty superfluous given Kratos can destroy one's metaphysical aspects with his bare hands, instantly freeze his opponents, and do several other things to them beyond that scope of regeneration.

Also, doesn't Draupnir fold Mydei in half? Kratos can drain honkai energy from him and use it as well as negating his resistances to it which is like... a lot of resistances gone

Personally I'm leaning Kratos. While Info manip type 2 is a hax he doesn't resist I feel that Kratos has more versatility in his weapons/abilities than Mydei can deal with

AE2 is for Hope Kratos, not Valhalla Kratos. We are using Valhalla Kratos here.

OP states that a knockout is an option. Kratos doesn't have to kill Mydei, and Mydei doesn't have to kill Kratos to win either. One of them can still put the other to sleep, so immortality or regeneration don't mean as much as ppl argue tbh.

Kratos resists Sleep Manip and has AD and RE up the ass and then some.
