Says who? Istaroth was created merely as an Avatar, hence why she's the avatar of Time.

Her creation is paradoxical outside of time, since she is time itself, her birth must necessarily be linked to a point outside of it, which has also been stated or kind of explained within the story.

Alright I calced the Columbina feat and it got 180 Exatons (5-C) which is higher than the Dottore calc

Incredibly late but Puppet needs to revise his to account for the fact that he used the moon's radius while measuring the Eternal Moon's diameter, so it's not really approved yet until this happens, my bad on that

He's gotta use 3,474.8 km instead of 1737.4 for the first portion of the calc

Those in-game timeline are innacurate by what i've seen so i wouldn't take it too seriously, apparently it also says Paralogism is Pre-Fountaine (which is impossible since Simulanka happens after Fountaine due to Navia being part of it).

Yea but I found a more accurate jump distance, cause what you did was find the vertical distance while they jumped diagonally. All I did was use trigonometry to find the diagonal distance

when u enter the frost moon in game it appears as rocky as our moon so i dont think theres anything weird about moons other than names and size

Well, theres not really confirmation if the frost moon was made of ice, but that does make sense and the fact that the frost moon is the most bright of them all.
