I have a question.
Shouldn't the speeds be scaled to the MHS value in Neji's profile? Your blog had High Hypersonic values. Does Neji slow down later? Because his profile seems to show a decrease in speed. I think the speed of his shunsin no jutsu hasn't been updated.
I'll update the speeds after you answer.
Edit: While editing Tenten's profile, I deleted the "Unknown, likely" entries because the 8-A scale is definite. Should I only do this for the key where he fights Raiga, or for the Shippuuden and Boruto keys as well?

iirc the way his and other pre time skip profiles are rated are such that, Shunshin is travel speed which is slower than his MHS which is combat/reaction speed

Okay, can't we scale everyone to Neji's normal speed, his MHS? Raiga was already fast enough to beat Neji.

he never actually "fought" neji, he just one shot him with his natural lightning when he got close and took him out of commission.

Okay, so the agreements are Nierre, UchihaSlayer, Godernet and now KingTempest.
Damage did seem to disagree at the start, but with four agreements this passes either way. If the fourth vote was only just added that'd mean that the thread only just now passed, so let's wait the normal grace period and then we can apply it.
