The tier in the brackets should be changed to 2-B, since the cosmology blog has regular universes scale to that tier

That and mostly because this verse is just not known by any current moderators. There was Sir Ovens but they retired, so the process of CRTs going through are slow, with only general/minor ones being quicker

I disagree with the scaling for Plasma Pea. The 'infinite possibilities of the cosmos' seems to refer to a Hilbert space (which does not scale). Therefore, it should only scale to Uni+, and no higher

The entire Plasma Pea profile is a reference to quantum mechanics and Hilbert space, so it seems obvious to me that it's a Hilbert space in this statement (although there is other evidence for what you're saying). By the way, I recently decided to look into Plants vs. Zombies scaling; I hope I can help

It seems to rather just be referring to universes(though i will wait to see the mods opinions on it) but interesting enough a regular universe in pvz is rather its own mini multiverse having its own timestream that

Also Honestly after looking thru the gw comics again and seeing the superpostion thing i am starting to realize that him being in both the future and present{ mobile is tweaking out} the same time could him possibly being a superpostional paradox or him manipulating it ti exist in multiple different states at one.

Regarding the Plasma Peashooter, isn't it just a Pocket Dimension?

It's very blatantly not an pocket dimension(spoilers explain why) but rather they are whole entire universe size structures on the inside(with an universe in pvz being 2-B) that also createsvthd infinite possibilities of the cosmos which in the blog we linked would be creating all of the infinite universes/timelines of the cosmology.
Ignoring the fact that their are like 10-11 supporting feats for tier 2 plasma pea the characters has survived far more powerful attacks.

“Sonic dies from running into spikes, too much of an outlier for him to be above wall level”. This is such a non argument, this logic can be used to downgrade nearly every single character to like tier 9, and that’s without mentioning that said gunfire is not normal bullets, not shot by normal guns, and both are made by Zomboss specifically to kill the plants.
