Unless she can negate his Mid-High regen with strength alone, then yes, he could stand his own, although he would definitely not win lol. Due to the reactive evolution of master Surel users, no abilities work on them and they have to be beaten by sheer physical force. If the matchup actually happened the Low 1-C stuff would have to be restricted :000

That sounds like an NLF, you'd have to prove for a fact that 'no' abilities would work or that their resistance and reactive evo is beyond what Titania has shown.

Besides that, Titania has smurf stuff even without All-Power, if that is restricted the matchup couldn't be added. Not sure if you care about that though.

Both Nob and Emi have talked about the reactive evolution capabilities of master surel users, with both directly stating that nothing works on them, the former 4 different times (as he likes to remind THUS to piss him off lmao). Not even The Creator could find an ability that would work on the dude, canonically he died after The Creator converted the emotions of the characters within the universal tree into physical energy (AP) and blasted him with it :3

Besides that, Titania has smurf stuff even without All-Power, if that is restricted the matchup couldn't be added. Not sure if you care about that though.

If The Creator is creation, Surels are the underlying destruction. While made easily, they cannot be destroyed, reincarnating if a main body is destroyed. They give absurd amounts of strength and endurance, and can grow to tier 1 capabilities, but don't immediately get tier 1 properties (Weakest surel user is currently an early chapter 1 Mozz at 9-B or 9-A status, the math isn't done on that though. A pre-rubi absorption experiment 88 is also Low 7-C at worst too), rather, they have chances to grow to those levels via time and training :0

Godly makes it different then, I didnt know there was a godly stage. I guess if experiment 88 is only master then he wouldn't be a smurf, so it works out

Not sure if things have changed since the time I sent this message, but I'm still willing to do Froze threads. Zairinia threads could also be interesting. I might return to page making, so perhaps if they don't work there will be new options soon-ish.

I guess I need more pages :/ more middle of the road type characters who are more matchable
