Naoya has 58 Tons under her belt compared to Ruby's 17 tons. 3.4x advatage for Naoya.

Skill? They should be pretty decently even. Naoya fought Choso and Maki and Ruby is just a gifted fighter in general.
Now the crazy part is that I don't know if Ruby hs ever dealt with something like Projection Sorcery before so that's gonna be a big wincon there. Ruby's? Ehhh.. Silver eyes and gravity dust I guess???
Giving it to Naoya. Proj Sorcery is a big wincon which will for sure be an amazing wincon worth spamming, not to mention TCMP...

Wouldn't help much when Ruby's aura can withstand 8-A levels of damage in this key. Ruby also kinda speedblitzes on top of that.

Can you list some of his skill feats? From what im seeing on both his profile and his jjkwiki page ruby should dogwalk him in terms of skill. She was even agreed to skillstomp Maki in the previous thread.

She has yes, Weiss' semblance works identically to it. Plus her Aura barrier prevents him from locking her in 24fps
 
Honestly not seeing anything on Naoya's profile that's preventing Ruby from just blitzing and decapitation him on accident from assuming he has an Aura barrier.
 
Though I will say, reading through powers, Ruby's aura barrier alone hard counters a lot of his powers

Not to the same degree or with the same availability, he goes from subsonic to transonic with his amp and it requires him to build up momentum to reach that, whereas Ruby can just access her speed amp at any time and turn it on and off at will, and it makes her fast enough that she is invisible to people normally comparable to her while they move in slow motion from her perspective

I don't remember that being agreed upon at all. But that was a long time ago so maybe I forgot.

That said, most of Naoya's skill feats comes from scaling, but he has analytical prediction that lets him see 24 movements ahead, and on top of that analytical prediction, he has another that lets him see the flow of energy through a persons body based on attack they will throw, as well as letting Naoya know when his opponent is charging up an attack and what attack it is.

That's really the only important stuff.

It ain't really a quantifiable increase tho and Naoya has done similar stuff to other Subsonic lads without even stacking Projection Sorcery

I'm saying Naoya has outright TPed from Subsonic characters' view while going slower than his top speed, a.k.a. a smaller gap than his regular speed and mach speed.
Which is what Ruby's amp lets her do, no?

Ruby in this key can become invisible to people who are Relativistic in speed with her amp, her amp is significantly better

16 also becomes bigger than 32 when it’s multiplied by 3.
They're both getting multiplied by 3.

Im unsure what youre talking about. Going from subsonic to transonic is significantly less impressive than going from hypersonic to Relativistic

Hey, I've been talking yall to hold off on using rwby because of how abysmal the profiles are but yall don't listen : T
 
In this key Sarada primarily uses genjutsu to create illusions from what I remember. She pretty much made Buntan fight an imaginary opponent for a minute straight with Buntan only realizing it.

So it's not exactly on the usual high tier Uchiha "mind hax GG" level but it's definitely useful
