if a verse is minimum 1-A via stating beyond concept of dimensions. And then a person appears on the verse stating trancending the very framework and pinecale of another 1-A verse (Basicly the guy is H1-A even that feats doesnt approve it). and of the guys true form (real true form no avatars.) And that true form can exist in the minimum 1-A verse. Does that mean the verse is now H1-A minimum?

Something like:

A verse has a statement which is beyond concept of dimensions. So mininum 1-A.

A character with its true form transcends a framework of a 1-A verse or basicly becoming H1-A.

So if the characters true form exist in A verse, would that be against H1-A. Or verse can be H1-A?
