Yeah they are, it happened before with the entirety of season 5, sublimation and we got a sneak peek of the dark castle a few months ago, and I gotta say the last batch of season 6 sure is gonna be an interesting one

We don't scale regular humans out of their interactions with Akumas (because at the end of the day the idea of it breaks the plot in several ways and often falls into glaring contradictions and circular stuff). We only scale human characters to feats we can quantify for them without bringing an akuma's PS's value.
For an instance, let's say Marinette reacts to a punch from Ladybug. Marinette would not get a FTL rating out of it. Dodging a beam from Pixelator, however, is a measurable feat because Pixelator's beams have an established speed outside of Power Scaling. King Cash's Gold Spikes got nothing on them.

We don't scale regular humans i know but humans like Guardians are still scaling to top tiers Fei is an expceptional as like Guardians in miraculous with training you can get high tiers with it we see Fei is blitzing a lot of Regular humans and having comparable speed to an akumatized villain as well maybe not AP but speed should be okay-ish also even Ladybug couldn't do anything against King Cash as well he is durable than a regular akumatized villain

The Miraculized do not scale to Ladybug or the United Heroez. Their Miraculous powers do.
There’s only like one shot in their entire record of them being seemingly that powerful vs literally every other scene portraying them as opportunistic fodders at best. They have been beaten by every posible character in the series in record time.
Also they should have Resistance to Fear Manipulation as they are being constantly supplied with Tsurugi’s serum, which negates the effect of Nightormentor’s Nightmares.

They do have feats to scale them but a downscale not actually being equal to them also Ladybug and United heros are more skilled than them that's why they lose so badly lol they are still capable of taking hits from them and able to react to their attacks or push them in some situations

We never see a Miraculized recovering from a hit of the heroes (nor anyone) and none of those characters go for the kill, so them being punched around means little.
Neither does speed when get handled by everyone in the series. They had Ladybug crowded with one-shot moves and they failed to land a single blow.

They tried to knock them out and failed, there is scenes like Ladybug punches them but they come baxk like at the start of their fight

Ladybug only hit two of those and we never see them get back up.
There are literally new Miraculized teleporting around her through the entire match.

they teleport from Gabriel's home literally all of them so they weren't knocked out
