I picked up a wanted poster of some random criminal and decided to find him since I became broke, because I wasted too much money on fireworks and gasoline (previously I fought one haxless 9-A entity). After days of search I found him lurking around and tried to sneak up on him, he went to someone's house and after that I ambushed him and then our battle had started

Meaning unless his Sleep Manip works it could go either way. He could strangle you to death, or you could punch him, especially since you have the same speed rating. Voting incon

To be fair, Sedative Midazolam is obviously stronger than Melatonin, as while the former takes 5-10 minutes to kick in, the latter takes 1-2 hours.

He does have to successfully inject AppleMaker with it, which would be hard when your opponent is literally in front of you and you actively rely on stealth mastery, anyways I see AppleMaker would still be somewhat resistant to the injection (I'm not a doctor so I'm not 100% that's how it would work) so I still see AppleMaker being able to overpowering them, especially with the better AP and Speed.

Tanner is at baseline 106 Joules (he is def inferior to the kidnapper), as he is much bigger and muscular.

And Tanner has only EVER sedated Luna, not punch her or anything. I dont know why he's Street level honestly. All he did was just Tackle Luna, which he was Sprinting towards her for…

Apple also has Enhanced Senses, so Tanner has a MUUUCH harder time sneaking up on him.

Tanner's only win-con is just injecting AppleMaker with Medazolim, and wait for the effects to kick in. And while Apple does resist Melatonin… Medazolim is Faarrrr more potent than Melatonin (plus AppleMaker has only taken Pills, not a full on Syringe). So it should 100% work, though one can argue it can take a bit longer to take effect, so Apple can punch/strike Tanner which could knock him out (but again is arguable at best).
