Maybe Deku vs Sage Centipede or Deku vs Evil Ocean Water.

I feel like it would be a repetition of the fight against Dark Might, but harder. At least Deku has Danger Sense, which will gauge Boros' threat level and make them aware of how dangerous he is from the start.
With enough coordination, they should be able to exceed his regeneration limit and defeat him. Deku's charged Fa Jin attacks should deal heavy damage, with Shoto's and Dynamight's attacks adding to the pile.
And even if Boros attempts to use his CRSC as a last resort, Danger Sense would immediately alert Deku to the colossal threat that attack poses, and stop Boros from firing it.
So I'm voting for the Big 3 (I wish that was the actual name so we could make a team profile).

Cant there be a team profile just called Class 1-A then you can just specific people to form a team. I remember the Anti Sukuna Squad team profiles functioning like a gauntlet style profile.
Btw I love how the immediate thought process of me seeing the final smash downgrade was running Boros’ fade on sight
