Unpopular Opinions and (Friendly) Rant thread

Man, one of the brainrot things on the wiki is adding existence erasure resistance to a character who is nonexistent in being, and the opposite, which is even more brainrot, is adding nonexistence erasure to a character who exists and has no godly regenerations. The entire thing is useless, as every being that exists, including us humans, is immune to nonexistence erasure, etc.
 
Not sure if this is unpopular, but Daisy Ridley should have been allowed to play as herself when portraying Rey. Or Rey should have been a moe character!
 
The Casino Scene was good, but it could have been better served in context of The Clone Wars series, Cut Lawquane, a clone deserter, while in the show we know that he deserted because he ran out of fear for his own survival and felt too ashamed to continue being a soldier, perhaps we also say because in the time between his desertion and meeting Suu that he ended up seeing the more darker side of the Clone Wars with players working for both the Republic and Separatists for monetary gain and building things like casino cities, and they wish for the war to continue on to keep rolling in that cash, like what's shown in The Last Jedi, and that enforced Cut's decision to desert and eventually become a family man.
 
ill probably get over this in like 15 minutes but, dude. peas. my mom stopped by to leave some premade goulash. i wasnt in the mood to eat anything today but its ******* goulash and goulash made by my mom, hell yeah, love that. so anyways i poured a large amount into a small bowl and, just, dude. peas. peas everywhere. the entire thing was littered with it. i thought, no biggie, hey, i love me some peas, best veggie of all time (not as good as onions or garlic but whatever). i thought i was done with most of it so i grabbed another spoonful and, holy ****, man. its. its just more peas, what? why. then it hit me, she didnt just drop a bunch of peas at the top, theyre everyhere, im like dante alighieri but instead of the circle of hell its the circles of half a dozen peas from a big ******* can (which means theres just as much in the other goulash, holy shit, wtf). shit really was like a circle, you had one at the top, and then at the middle, and i sure as **** knew there will be just as much below after i finished the meat and FUUUUCK I CANT TASTE THE MEAT. the peas. theres too much, theres peas around it, theres pea scouts and ambushers on the top and below the meat, i cant taste anything but peas. such tasty, juicy ground meat, and i am unable to taste it, cannot savour it, because of these peas, man. theres so much it dilluted the taste until theres nothing but those green planck-length abominations. this was pretty upsetting so i told a friend and what he did is he sent a ******* image of some bunny boy in a maid outfit and then right after said "eat your peas, pea boy." so i sent him a very detailed death threat and he said he was leaving. anyway, im no *****, and certainly not a bitchmade individual desptie being a momma's boy, so i gvlped what remained of the bowl and. i wish i was dead instead that was horrible. its as though i swallowed whole an entire liter of pure, unfiltered starch. **** my stupid straight white boy life.

its not super impressive if he was just running around in a giant ring, going for 98% defense with the occasional jab, and bear hugging the rare times he tried offense
 
There are a few guys i follow who actually compete or make the most sense when it comes to H2H .... one of them read my post (im pretty sure it was mine XD) and thats what got him into reading dragonball, and glad he feels the same way about Roshi and how he trained the boys ;D

I will never, ever try to defend dragonball. Thats like fighting an infinite number of idiots who try to downplay Transformers to planet level

Downplaying is all fine and cool. Even wanking, because its fun!!!! but theres a point where you have to ask if they are mentally r-----d XD

But the biggest bummer for me is the amount of negative things being spread about Toriyama... its not like the internet doesnt have dozens of old and new interviews that tell the full story and debunk it. I dont want to attack the DB fanbase XD ....... im legit shocked.

But I think it says a lot about Dragonballs incredible popularity!? I like what one guys said about db. He basically described it as the "boxing effect". Athletes and fans love it, but as soon as you compare it to other sports/verses, "little brother syndrome" kicks in and everyone goes full monkey .... XDD

been here for so long but seeing this section for the very first time – and that notification icon on the right side put me into a coma, lol. doing something once in a millennium has its cool moments because it feels always like the first time. my post clearly shows that experience doesn't really matter when you only do something every few months compared to someone with only 7 months of experience who does it like dozen hours a day.

since i'm here, i rewatched laima and have to say, i enjoyed daima a lot more than before. it hits differently when you binge watch instead of waiting a week for an episode. i've really grown to like the new ssj4 form. fitting it into dbs might be a pain in the ass, but it was still cool fanservice

the only thing i don't like about modern db is that it's so damn slow. the detail in the exchanges is there, but it feels like 1/10th of z because they slowed it down to make it easier on the eyes. what made z unique was the high speed combined with amazing exchanges. 90s anime used to be fast, but didn't usually have that amount of detail behind the fast-paced animation.people's jaws would drop if they knew how good it actually is but being one of the few who appreciates it is pretty chad

but i have to say, it's cool that daima confirmed that goku understands the concept of distance control. this goes hand in hand with whizos statement in dbs and the visuals showing off goku's skills. i like it when headcanon gets confirmed by official statements

Whenever I feel like playing bloodborne, it feels like people are watching me play 🐵 like there's an imaginary camera (tho that happens with most games, especially ones where you need to perform or where bs stuff can happen to you lol)
