Well, since he has Interdimensional range, maybe he can reach the Plane of Euthymia.

Idk if Ei can deal against Venti's temporal bfr, maybe her Time Stop can to prevent him doing that?? But Venti gotta be careful with her Fate Manip since she can manipulate everybody's constellations in Teyvat. So she can just rewrite his fate even before he can reach the Plane of Euthymia.
