Firstly, if something that is established to be at least High 1-A embodies all possibilities but fails to meet the requirements for High 1-A+, can it instead qualify for a meta-meta qualitative superiority? If not, then why?
Secondly, when we discuss "possibilities" in terms of tiering for 1-A and above (so not mathematical possibilities), what kinds of possibilities result in High 1-A to High 1-A+? What kind of context is needed beyond "embodiment of possibilities?"
