hes 1/3 of power in teyvat, but inside the realm of sun he can freely use his full power because there are no limitations.

That realm only removed his limitations he got in Teyvat, not gaining his full power.
He only got 1/3 of his power since he was resurrected, and he can't utilize that power in that body because of its limitations. And so, he go to that realm to remove that limitations, so he can go all out with that 1/3 power.

Literally says here, upon childs body he found 1/3 of his power.
and inside the domain that limitation is removed and he can fight at his full power. unless im missing something it literally means his child form is 1/3 and prime is his regular archon strength

inside realm the 1/3 of his strenght is gone because the limits of the body is also gone. I dont know how did you even conclude a literal 1/3rd of his archon power is = mavuika level if he fought her in a place where his power was not weakened in any way possible
