@Giannysmag Puppet has speed calc that already accepted, and its Relativistic. It's calculating from Traveler and Flins feat blocking Aino's cannon that shoots beam of light.

Because it's stated to be the beam of light, both in CN and English. Morever, the source power of that Cannon is Kuuvahki. Kuuvahki is essentially the moonlight itself and it is the original state of light before dispersion takes place. Ineffa also stated something like that.
