Yeah even after I finished watching all of that, my opinion still remains the same. The biggest destruction feat that I have seen in Sailor Moon so far is a planet getting destroyed. As for haxes, where are we even getting all of those abilities from again? They fight like bunch of bricks throwing flashy attacks instead!

Why would character's statements not be used in an argument in Sailor Moon when it's used for every other verses?
Take Jujutsu Kaisen for instant, characters are stuck at supersonic+ speed in this wiki all because of that one Mach 3 narrative being made, yet multiple planetary narratives being made by all final villains in every arcs cannot be used liable for Sailor Moon characters?

I have a question! In Sailor Moon, why are the Shadow Galactica so sinful? Since they are Sailor Guardians, shouldn't they be able to tell from what is right and wrong? This question is coming from a Catholic's perspective by the way.

Galaxia is either brainwashed or traumatized, depending on the continuity, while the Animates are power-thieves, courtesy of their leader.

The 2-C rating for the verse comes partially or wholly from Nehellania's mirror worlds, right? I'm looking through the cosmology blog and starting to form suspicions.
The first two scans are completely different translations of the same scan wherein one describes the mirror worlds as other "worlds," while the other describes them as "parallel universes," so which one is it? What do the raws say?
Using MTL for convenience, the term used in the raws seems to have just been sekai/world, so the statement is pretty generic.
Then some stuff is mentioned about mirror worlds being alternate worlds or dimensions, but both of those terms are strictly supporting evidence for Low 2-C, nothing more.

Based on the page numbers down the bottom, the scan on the right is from the volume release and the scan on the left is from a magazine release.
ideally, with such a large discrepancy, the volume raws should be checked.

1. No not really, the rating itself should've been changed a while ago.
2. The raws say sekai which would normally not be very specific to make a conclusion over, but it was shown that hoshi and sekai are used separately, sekai for "Dark World" and Hoshi for "our world" (planet). If they were the same she would not have made the distinction or used them interchangeably, but she does not. Sekai here refers to "Universe".
3. When we actually look inside Nehellenia's Dark World we are shown the existence of a multitude of stars inside it so it's clearly not a planet and its own celestial system.
While this is true Nehellenia's Dark World is narratively portrayed as a Dark Otherworld counterpart to the realm Queen Serenity oversees, a nice image I like pointing to is this where it shows the (literal) parallels between Nehellenia and Serenity. Nehelenia resides in and oversees a Dark World whereas Serenity resides in and oversees a Light World (the Main Universe). There's even more parallels like how Nehellenia entered Serenity's room when she first walked in to talk, and Sailor Moon runs into Nehellenia's room when she barges into her mirror. They are, quite literally, two sides of the same coin (the Moon).
Coupled with the fact that it has its own stars and is definitely not a planet makes it clear that it's meant to be a Parallel Dark Universe.

Your answer is here in the standards of the wiki. It’s supporting evidence used in conjunction with other things such as well. The mirrors are discrete spaces and also scale to or above the tau star system which is a universe.

These alternate worlds include parallel versions of the main universe. Fulfilling the conditions of the wikis standards.

Also, isn’t Nehellenia’s dark world shown to be the dark counterpart of the main universe? So that would also fulfill the standard as well.

Nehellenia's Dark World is part of the Manga's overall dichotomy/duality, Light and Darkness. Something mentioned so many times especially near the end of the Dream arc to the Stars Arc that it's hard to not notice. She is the Queen Serenity of the Dark World, and Queen Serenity is the Queen Nehellenia of the Light World. It's cool!

Parallel sailor moon is an outlier and I always dismiss it when scaling this verse, it's even shakier than relying on dr. slump to scale dbs goku. The tau star system is a star system, it even has its own crystal. it's just me but I don't care how it's defined by the figures of speech used by Saturn/DP and others. Should happen with other verses as well like pokemon, lmao at outerversal arceus and ppl thinking everyone in sailor moon is omniscient
I scale this verse at galaxy to universe level, like it's always been before tiktok. Most universes on this website should be downgraded anyway but this is not gonna happen because we truly live in the post-truth era

Gen z powerscalers have gone mad and sailor moon is actually a great example of people assuming characters and structures are more than what they're actually shown to be. and all I've seen is weak explanations that can't be properly debunked in the context of this website without phd level dissertations. Tier 1 DBS Goku and yhwach being anywhere close to universe level are other examples often seen in the powerscaling community. it's a folklore at this point

Side note, but if a verse has to rely on "tiny details" and "various interpretations" then it's very likely its scaling is shady af and needs serious work before it can be properly presented to real powerscalers. Sailor Moon is, and has always been, a very strong verse. All this talk about tier 1 and parallel universes stuff is making me laugh. Y'all would be much more suspicious if Goku did this instead

Very late reply but "infinite energy" is quite the figure of speech here, because it later is also presented as "great fighting power" and from my pov infinite is a synonym for great here, scaled down.
So, Star Seeds are a source of infinite energy. That must explain how Sailor Moon was able to replicate the Grail power with her Pure Heart and the energy of the other Sailors in the Pharaoh 90 battle.
And the translation sounds shady, galaxia is called a "he"

gathered Star Seed.... infinite power she has gained... these clauses are literally being compared and juxtaposed here where in the next statement:
"Its armor-like appearance indicates its great fighting power."
Is talking about how she looks with her armor. It is not comparing great fighting power with the star seeds or the infinite power she gained.
But i guess its jut easy to call everything figurative speech to dismiss things.

As someone who for months has seen you trying to 1. repeatedly downgrade Dragon Ball and 2. arguing your pro-tier 1 Sailor Moon points until you're blue in the face, I'd like to establish how reactionary, how biased this post is. Notice how this translation is dubious in the first place. You don't address Galaxia being called a "he", nor do you address the histrionical nature of said translation.
Infinite has been used repeatedly in Japanese media to reflect a synonym for "great, amazing" and helps with the language used to sell Sailor Moon to kids in Japan as seen in the ad above. I'm constantly amazed and bewildered at power scalers taking everything ad literam and defend their points as if they have an ulterior agenda. There is nothing, I repeat nothing, about the translation above that makes any reference to actual infinity, from neither philosophical nor scientific points or view.
Your post, honestly, makes no sense. You're just addressing the way the sentence was built while missing the forest for the trees.

If you think I'm using a forum thread as a "platform", then I'll tell you my point of view: you're just displaying Robert Greene's first law of human nature at its finest, extreme irrationalism. This thread doesn't have the importance you think it does, it's just a thread on a powerscaling forum, not tiktok itself.
Sailor Moon doesn't have the rules "strictly applied" to the series, and if anything, it's the other way around. You contributed at convincing others that the center of the milky way is in fact infinite and unending through a so-called "endless graveyard" and you also think Setsuna, Mamoru, and Ami's statements about the cosmology should be taken ad literam, and thus, in your own words, platformed interpretable statements as the absolute truth, as the holy grail for Sailor Moon's current tiering and future upgrades you kept pushing for.
Sailor Moon requires much less scrutiny for an upgrade than Dragon Ball does (because I'm assuming that's the verse you're referring to). It's an advantage for verses that are not commonly seen in power scaling debates.
