This CRT is focused on adding much needed abilities to Ultimate Gods. It uses this CRT(that was abandoned) as basic(with it's author approval obviously):

1) Ultimate Gods should get petrification and light manipulation via transmuting Hypnos into a statue and the process being described as shining light into him:

"For they deny that I sold the last of my statuary, and point with ecstasy at the thing which the shining shaft of light left cold, petrified, and unvocal. It is all that remains of my friend; the friend who led me on to madness and wreckage; a godlike head of such marble as only old Hellas could yield, young with the youth that is outside time, and with beauteous bearded face, curved, smiling lips, Olympian brow, and dense locks waving and poppy-crowned. They say that that haunting memory-face is modelled from my own, as it was at twenty-five, but upon the marble base is carven a single name in the letters of Attica—’ΥΠΝΟΣ."

2) Yog Sothoth should also get Light manipulation by being described as light and Higher Dimensional manipulation, this light was described as coming from all sorts of contradictory directions and also described as "hexagonal".

3) Ultimate Gods, Yog Sothoth, Nyarlathotep, Azathoth and Shub Niggorath should get law manipulation based on this passage from "Fungi from Yuggoth":

"They danced insanely to the high, thin whining
Of a cracked flute clutched in a monstrous paw,
Whence flow the aimless waves whose chance combining
Gives each frail cosmos its eternal law.
“I am His Messenger,” the daemon said,
As in contempt he struck his Master’s head."

4) In above mentioned "Fungi from Yuggoth", after Nyarlathotep appeared strange incidents happens on Earth, that ends with Idiot Chaos(most likely referring to Azathoth, "the Blind Idiot God") destroying Earth. This passage implies that Nyarlathotep summoned him on Earth. Nyarlathotep avatar should get Summoning(can summon Azathoth)

I disagree, I don't know why the we baselessly assumes that Hypnos saw the the other gods, they aren't even mentioned ONCE throughout the entire story and the only thing that can vaguely be interpreted to hinting to it is the narrator mentioning hearing whining which can be interpreted as that made by the court of Azathoth, but than again thats WAAAAAAY to vague and ambiguous to say definitely

looks fine for now

Idiot chaos is just another one of Nyarlas names if i'm not mistaken

It currently accepted(you can see it in Hypnos profile) that last place Hypnos wandered to was Ultimate Chaos/Abyss. And since it is populated by Other Gods, they logically should be ones that ended his life. Site treat them killing Hypnos as canon, so this CRT just adds method by which they did it, as ability to them.
You can argue against this notion obviously, but you would need to totally overhaul Cthulhu mythos cosmology in here first.

Can't find anywhere him having such name. And I feel like it doesn't fit his "personality". In contrast, Idiot Chaos fits perfectly to "Blind idiot God", "Nuclear Chaos" Azazoth.

I know, but thats objectively incorrect, we're never told what Hypnos saw or entered, any other claims are nothing more than speculation

coincidently working on that, just give it another week or two🤌🏻

it's stated on his page, though i can't confirm since i don't know it came from either

Nyarla's avatars don't really have a consistent personality, some are stated to be all knowing, others are nothing more than mindless beasts, he can be considered "Idiotic" depending on the avatar, addtionailly, one of his many titles is "the crawling chaos" so "Idiot chaos" referring to Nyarla isn't really far fetched name imo. Besides, the sonnet had nothing to do with Azathoth and was only explicitcly about Nyarla anyways

Good luck with it. Let's hope you won't recreate Hypnos fate in attempts to comprehend Cthulhu Mythos world.
But you obviously agree that whoever killed him, should have petrification and light manipulation?

If i am not mistaking, only time "Idiot Chaos" is mentioned at all is in this sonnet. So our pages currently assumes that "Idiot Chaos" that referred was referred to in this sonnet Nyarlathotep himself. And I disagree with it.

This particular avatar seems to be on smarter side of avatars, based on sonnet description:

And at the last from inner Egypt came
The strange dark One to whom the fellahs bowed;
Silent and lean and cryptically proud,
And wrapped in fabrics red as sunset flame.
Throngs pressed around, frantic for his commands,
But leaving, could not tell what they had heard;
While through the nations spread the awestruck word
That wild beasts followed him and licked his hands

Additionally, based on avatar being from Egypt I assume it's same avatar as in "Nyarlathotep"(short story), who too came from Egypt, and who definitely wasn't "mindless beast", for whom "Idiot Chaos" can apply.
And Azazoth is name of next part of Sonnet.

i've never seen it used outside of the sonnet either, so you're probably right

fair point, I guess i'll concede on this

Yeah.

This can probably be applied.
Thank god, it finally got one vote.

This part

should be shelved off for now due to intense debates regarding cosmology going right now. But others should be fine

Nevermind, Law Manipulation needs two votes.

Go, my Viltrumites staff members!

Looking back, i think the Ultimate Gods should also get Mathematics Manipulation & Magic since it' layed out in The Dreams in the Witch House that these three things are one and the same:
It was also possible that the inhabitants of a given dimensional realm could survive entry to many unknown and incomprehensible realms of additional or indefinitely multiplied dimensions—be they within or outside the given space-time continuum—and that the converse would be likewise true. This was a matter for speculation, though one could be fairly certain that the type of mutation involved in a passage from any given dimensional plane to the next higher plane would not be destructive of biological integrity as we understand it. Gilman could not be very clear about his reasons for this last assumption, but his haziness here was more than overbalanced by his clearness on other complex points. Professor Upham especially liked his demonstration of the kinship of higher mathematics to certain phases of magical lore transmitted down the ages from an ineffable antiquity—human or pre-human—whose knowledge of the cosmos and its laws was greater than ours.
