Self-Predicative Universal, though such can be a not-necessary existence (for example, the universal of red would fail to exist in a monochromatic world), thus they should be analyzed case by case (In fiction, I can think of the Final Wall as an example of a self predicative universal that is necessary, as all things that are are exemplified by it, making it a necessary existence). I believe this answers both questions.
