So in the novel I'm reading, the MC has a world inside his soul, and it grows in size as he grows in strength. So if it can contain a star or something, could I somehow equate that to AP? Like how people get the AP for creating pocket dimensions with stars in them etc.

If there is a UES, you can. But If there isn't a UES, you have to prove that the MC can transfer this energy to an attack.

If the answer is yes, his AP can be scaled to this.

Epic or Caterpillar and kinda, not really. It’s not Chinese but it has cultivation elements.
