Basically, I am debating whether this verse is acceptable or not. The cast is mostly made up of original characters, but there is one character that I'm not sure would fall under as a copyrighted character, that being Stormhill, who very clearly uses the South Park character rig. Now he does have a unique personality and very clearly isn't based on anyone as far as I can tell, but I still am not sure, the story and characters are pretty original.
Is this allowed?

I think that featuring characters that are living references to other media isn't necessarily enough to disqualify a verse.
