they aren't QUITE the same
for example the first one says "turns them to ash, leaving nothing left" but the second one does not contain that, instead replacing the character for ash (灰) with hill (阪) [which dattebayo did not mention in any capacity, i feel that you would bring it up because it makes no sense in context]
this full kanji one here seems to be a slightly inaccurate transcription of the first one, like someone used OCR to read the kanji

Shouldn't it be "Universe of the same world"? (同じ世界の宇宙でさえ)
I know the meaning is generally the same from a neutral perspective but world and universe here mean different things in-verse. So a confirmation would be appreciated!

I asked @MrTayman616 this about a month ago and he confirmed the literal translation of the phrase is "Universe of the same world", so a second confirmation would be even better!
(Note: he didn't translate the full para due to being busy thus why I asked you).

the first line is a little borked but that's because half of it is cropped to be fair
the first kanji does look like 腕 that makes sense

The sentence in question was already translated by Setto some time before. Current translation differs from the previous in quite a major aspect and as such rises questions (strangely enough the new TL is the same as Chat GPT)

First scan is the translation and the other is the original chinese raws from Qidian. I need confirmation if “galaxy” is more appropriate as a term than “star system”.

Honestly, no idea. I always treated it like "can't request more than 1 at a time" since "don't spam many" and "if you get one, wait before requesting a second" are close to each other and may explain one another

Also, you don't need to ocr stuff since it can still have errors. It's already available in a selectable copy-paste format in the tensura general discussion. You can check there.

Though if you meant something else by ocr then ignore this
