they aren't QUITE the same
for example the first one says "turns them to ash, leaving nothing left" but the second one does not contain that, instead replacing the character for ash (灰) with hill (阪) [which dattebayo did not mention in any capacity, i feel that you would bring it up because it makes no sense in context]
this full kanji one here seems to be a slightly inaccurate transcription of the first one, like someone used OCR to read the kanji

今回の制作で一番のチャレンジだったのは、この世界観全体の広がりを同時にどう描くかという点でした。
特にクイーン編の尺は個人的にもかなり余裕がなかったと感じています。
当初から「クイーンの戦闘シーンを極限まで描き切りたい」と考えていたため、どうしても戦闘描写に多くの尺を割く構成になりました。
そもそもの設計としては、「戦闘シーンで視覚的な驚きや迫力をしっかり見せたい」という意図があり、そこを真剣に作り込みました。
その代わりとして、作品放送前に各キャラクターのPVを公開したのも、キャラの背景や関係性を補完するためでした。
クイーンのPVにも、彼女の子供時代を少しだけ盛り込んでいます。
今後チャンスがあれば、トーナメント戦やストーリー展開の中で、クイーンに関する内容をもっと深掘りしていきたいと考えています。

Shouldn't it be "Universe of the same world"? (同じ世界の宇宙でさえ)
I know the meaning is generally the same from a neutral perspective but world and universe here mean different things in-verse. So a confirmation would be appreciated!

I asked @MrTayman616 this about a month ago and he confirmed the literal translation of the phrase is "Universe of the same world", so a second confirmation would be even better!
(Note: he didn't translate the full para due to being busy thus why I asked you).

Honestly, no idea. I always treated it like "can't request more than 1 at a time" since "don't spam many" and "if you get one, wait before requesting a second" are close to each other and may explain one another
