Speed equalized and I'm assuming because the feat for Arcane is by one like, basically jobber weakling fodder that Vi scales high enough above it to be able to contend with Chelshia.

Also yeah if she can get within grapple distance but Chelshia should also be considerably stronger than her in terms of AP.

Yeah sure, she's 5x stronger at most from the ice block. Chelshia could win but Vi's a better fighter from what I watched of Arcane and Chel doesn't seem to be anything impressive besides being made for fighting.

I guess that's fair. Chelshia has some ranged options to keep her at bay though and from what I watched of like, season 1 at least, Vi is like a good fighter but should be comparable to other stuff Chel has faced if you asked me. Idk how much of a grappler Vi is compared to just punching.

I guess it's just a matter of if she can get in close enough to grab her when Chelshia has a lot of ways to play keepaway.
