Fujimoto gonna show the US with a chunk of it's landmass missing next chapter trust, we haven't gotten a good view of outerspace since Pochita vs Makima.
Also by the very definition of the state of Michigan, is all the landmass of the state that the US owns, if we're going with the theme then Yoru will literally turn every ounce of landmass of Michigan that the US currently owns (I think it's around 40km in thickness). Fujimoto is known to do stuff like this in the most literal way possible, so I'm betting on this end.

Yoru's power works explicitly and always completely weaponizes a target. If Yoru says "Michigan sword", Michigan is gone. Not just a part of it, but Michigan as a whole. Only what was not considered a part of Michigan would remain.
There is no "if" or "probably won't". That is explicitly how her ability is shown to work every time it is used.

The 2 are literally different things. Nuke came back only because they recreated it. America as a concept is everything related to "America" itself, maybe everything related to the history of what "America" is will be gone, not just limited like that.

Anyways, it's pretty simple to conclude that Yoru literally turned all of Michigan that the US owns into her weapon, or else it wouldn't suit everything she has done after all. Unless it's shown otherwise, with Fumiko's statement that Michigan literally collapsed, doing it any lower would ruin the running theme of the story tbh.

FTL can't be used for KE. And the gun goddess calc is Large Mountain+ so nuh, we never quite reached 6-C

I don't remember which sword she transformed, but there was a panel where we saw her speed increase depending on the power of the sword she transformed.
