That's not how it works, you can't be the size of a blackout since that's just the removal of energy (unless you are literally a being devoid of it). Vox caused a blackout the size of one because he connected to the power grid and caused it to fry out.

Wouldn't he still have a physical form in that state/wouldn't a punch from a city sized thing cause that much damage? Or are we assuming that he's completely intangible in that state? Ok, so I may be a little lost here but when the hell did the city have hands? Also yeah, Vox still has a physical form, it's the one rage quitting because of Alastor. I do think Vox has Multilocation (he's shown several times to be able to exist in multiple electronics at once) but nothing suggests that he is the entire Pride Ring outright. He just has so much tech around it that he can be damn near anywhere on it and has the means to connect to it's power source (likely owned by Vox himself)

My idea was that he basically looked like himself, but the size of a city and pitch black like Al when he's half shadow, not that he is the literal darkness, but considering how so many people think that the person Lucifer is fighting is Vox and with how much evidence we have that Vox is going to punch up way too much for his own good, I'm sure it's going to get brought in one way or another, so I guess that question's going to be answered when it gets answered/if it even gets answered, and if he doesn't use it then we know it's not combat applicable anyway

What's the association in there though? Vivziepop says his true form is a city-wide blackout, a city-wide blackout wouldn't make him change his visual appearance, and he has showcased causing a city-wide blackout, I don't see what's fallacious.

Size scaling requires a physical form. Darkness does not have mass, and Alastor's shadows are very clearly a him thing.
