Well, it seems I could still switch to MGS4 Raiden and several advantages (especially in skill) would remain except for Speed Amp, so I don't think there's much of a problem adding it.

how does he even do this. that looks like it's kinda got a crazy charge up before it goes off so i have no idea if Raiden would reasonably think that'd be a good idea to do.

Raiden has control over his artificial muscle fibers, he can use that to do stuff like stat amp his LS or to eject stuff from his body or keep them further stuck in. But idk if he can do that stuff offensively to the same degree Man on Fire could

It only loses the Blade Mode (x2 / x10 Speed amp), but still exceeds its AP value by quite a bit.

Ok well that second one ain't happening chat, 1 legit feat in a MSX game don't outweigh the cutscene contradictions I fear like Fox being blitzed by the electron beam.

I'm guessing the next best rating for him would be something like MHS(+?) then?

Since Raiden can seemingly aimdodge thanks to his DSES, giving him only the equipment he has during MGS4 should make it fairer right? Aside from the HF Blade he's got a throwing knife, a Mk 23 and maybe a cardboard box but that's MGO exclusive.

They're simply scattered around the area. If Raiden and Hank move around, they'll run into one.
