King’s authority would work against anyone that has a will.

His absorption would absolutely absorb a being made of gas it’s just him straight up eating people.

Additionally, can Arthur handle the Gas? It causes Power Null and Cellular Level rotting.

He transcends life and death and even commandments can resist cellular attacks.

Or maybe Arthur can one shot with absurd ap+ his haxes, and is fair, or he starts with a absurd hax I don't know and he literally stomps Lucius, so maybe, he is really the strongest shonen anime not counting Hao Asakura or weed from Saint Seiya

King’s Authority is a layered paralysis inducement that he can instantly activate on a great range leaving anyone in said range unable to move a finger.

Ezra does have a High 7-A AP in her X784 Key, and since Diane will be upgraded to High 7-A, it's doable (I checked and it's a 1x difference)

I’m betting on Arthur, but I don’t think the King’s Authority would work on a Tier 3 character. It didn’t even work on several Tier 4 ones (like the 4KOA and Meliodas).
