Following. (Will comment tomorrow as I'm going to sleep, just messaging it here so you don't need to message me.)

Rakih has a glock, so unless they are starting out of each others line of sight i'm pretty sure this is a stomp

Unfortunately they aren't. I may make distance shorter though, since modifiers don't specify that

I can't see Rakih's profile, How good is his aim?
Most likely decent or maybe even higher, since he bragged about soloing everyone in my thread about tiers of powerscalers

Given that Patrick is athletic, and the distance is 5 meters, I think he could stab Rakih, unless Rakih can shoot him in the head, which I don't see as very likely based on the limited information provided. Patrick Bateman FRA

What exactly stops rakih from shooting patrick immediately? Even if you've never used a gun before it's pretty difficult to miss someone from that close

Nothing, but I'd argue that shooting from slightly longer range is more convenient. Also Maikolpry voted for Patrick, so I guess he still have a chance, but lower

Ig i'll vote Rakih then, all he needs to do is dump his whole mag into patrick

Yeah I vote Rakih winning/Patrick losing.
I would have gone through stats for the sake of it even though equipment is the deciding factor here but Rakih has no stats other than tier, martial arts abilities and weapon mastery.
Anyway, ranged weapons beat melee weapons almost every time (and if you combine them like with guns and bayonets, even better).

I think Rakih Elyan should scale to average human + those abilities/skills

Let me guess, who wins? Guy with a long-ranged weapon vs Guy with close-ranged weapons...

Killing someone with a gun isn't easy, especially if the person is agitated or something. Patrick is quite psychotic, as far as I know, but with the first shot, his adrenaline would spike if Rakih hit a non-lethal area.

Let's put it this way: Patrick, an athletic person, only 5 meters away, that he can run in a second, against the Glock. Let's suppose Rakih manages to hit him in the chest. There are cases of people who, after several bullets, keep running because of the adrenaline, being under the influence of alcohol or having a greater resistance to pain; of course, they die later, but even so, Patrick could kill Rakih and win the match.

Weird you're assuming he'd just shoot him once? Also 5 meters would definitely warrant them shooting them in a lethal area, especially when put against someone who is holding close-ranged weapons and is clearly a psychopath.

Except Patrick isn't under influence of alcohol or has greater resistance to pain, he's simply a man who is 5 meters away from someone shooting 18 bullets in their face immediately as they see a literal psychopath looking at them with a machete.

Fair enough

Let's hope that it's a .50 GI Glock 21 with the full-auto capability of the Glock 18 and a 100-round drum mag that Rakih has.

To some extent I feel like this matchup is unnecessary, using someone whose profile is "9-c with glock, nuff said" is just not worth using for a debate.
You mean that Rakih's profile isn't good enough for matches or something else?

Yes, it's not good enough for matches, not even specifying what type of glock you use or how good you are with it would heavily impact other matchups.
That's understandable, but sadly back then I couldn't find more decent profiles of powerscalers or they were really outdated (even more than Dereck's), so I just added some vague profiles to fill the gap between team fiction and team powerscalers. So basically let's consider that powerscalers that didn't specify much on their profiles are 10-B with all average stats + skills that they mentioned. Also I added martial arts to his profile dur to this statement of his
Rakih Muraiz Elyan.
