Deku and co had been tipped off by an unknown sponsor of U.A High School about a possible attack from the villain organization Paranormal Liberation Front in Shinjuku, where it was said to them that the villain in question would be wreaking havoc while two unknown heroes would be fending him off there. The only form of identity given to the classroom was that this sponsor was part of the Desire Grand Prix, a game show about heroes saving the world from evil monsters. However, this mysterious person specifically asked for Deku only, and no one else. With that, he took off, but not before hearing that he should fight wisely, as any boost he does to his stats, Geats can mirror it.

Meanwhile, a pair of GM Rider hounds were rearing Ace Ukiyo (AKA Kamen Rider Geats) somewhere. The fact that these two were civilians that got mind controlled by the DGP has him just running away, trying to find a bloodless solution to release them from their hold. Before anything could happen, they suddenly stopped and left the scene. When Geats turned to where they were looking, he found out why. There Deku was, atop some building, staring him down like the former's some scum of the earth.

"I won't let you destroy this ciity!"

"Should've known they would rope in another pawn to avoid dirtying their hands," Geats let out an audible sigh. "Listen, you're being played. Whatever they told you isn't gonna happen. Have you seen the city damaged in any way?"

Then, one part of Shinjuku far from the both of them went up in flames, with many heroes scrambling to save the civilians and sniff out any villains in that vicinity. With that sort of display, Deku was not convinced. "That's it, I'm taking you down!" he bellows, preparing to fight.

As for Ace, he figured there's nothing else he can do to get through to him, other than to beat some sense into him. After all, his mother needs saving, and he isn't about to let anyone stop him in his tracks.

The fists are raised, and the battle starts now.

EDIT: Match Modified
I'll start off by having Geats be in Fever Boost Time, which would make him 7-B (without desire amp), where he's purely fighting with his fists. He has a weakness where he loses the boost time when he does specific moves, so you bet your ass he'd lose that form, and he'll be without the boost buckle. Hence, losing out on any amps that would inevitably outstat Deku (I am of course restricting command twin buckle, so he'd have his magnum and fever buckles). Also, I'll give him prior knowledge about how skilled he is, so he can use his brains too.

His desire empowerment works as if he stat equalizes to the opponent if he has the motivation or desire for it. (Slash can correct me on it) it happens almost instantly

What is Geats gist? How does his Desire Empowerment work?
Anyone with Spark can equalise their stats with their opponents if the latter are more powerful than them (I have feats in that page). The speed depends on their desire and will, which the high tiers like Geats have in spades, hence bring their equalisation speed to almost instantly. This is why they have shit like 1-C with desire empowerment, which is to say they can equalise to 1-C characters MAX. So every stat that Geats has a disadvantage at is rectified by the fact they practically copy the stats of their enemies (even if via physicals or by amps).

For reference, here's Geats going up against Kamen Rider Buffa, where the latter normally outstats him by over x2700 times, yet he's not only able to tank his attacks, but even dodge them. Why it doesn't scale is thanks to Spark, which allows weaker riders/enemies to go toe-to-toe with stronger ones. Normally it would be PIS but since there's an in-universe reason for that and it's very consistent through the board, it got expanded on (The OG profile already has it).

Does said Geats amp allow for him to go stronger than the opponent or no?
With just desire amp, not really. There is a RE + AD system for that, but it's unclear and practically negligible at times (due to the nature of everyone desire empowering themselves). However, he does have other separate amps he can use via his standard equipment.

Me when I don't read:
In hindsight, I probably should've written something like "Starts in [insert tier]".

Whats Geats survivability looking like? Regen? Willpower? Anything?
No regen, but his willpower is so high he can just reincarnate himself with all his memories intact. Obviously, this is not combat applicable, but you have to wonder how potent his willpower is.
For stamina, it's shown that he hasn't been tired across every fight he's been in, and the only times he does is when he uses the Boost MK2 buckle, which saps his stamina very fast. At that time, everyone was like "Wow, I've never seen you this tired before". Since that isn't in this key, he can go on and on thanks to the combo with his willpower.

Alright. Heres my take.
This is anybody's game. However, I'm going with Geats.
We're all familiar with Deku about now.
Geats also has crackhead willpower.
I imagine this is how the fight will go. Fa Jin gearshift shenanigans -> Geats matches -> rinse repeat.
It'll likely be a REALLY LONG DRAGGED OUT FIGHT for sure.
However, Geats has other amps besides the Desire Empowerment and I'm pretty sure those should allow for him to take the cake with only a sliver of his life left.
Geats, extreme diff.

Ladies and gents, our first vote for this Geats.
Added, but you should stick around I guess, since I'm very sure this might go boom (???)

I have several questions that will influence my choice:

1) Does Geats Deku resist Soul Hax?
2) How good is his analytical prediction?
3) How good is his AD?
4) Does stat leveling occur after being hit or when the opponent increases stats?

1. No
2. Ace is one of THE most skilled Kamen Riders ever. His skilled is comparable to Touma and Aruto. The reason why this alone is impressive is due to many skill feats
  1. Touma is someone who fought against Durendal, a Kamen Rider who had the abilities to erase moment of time (similar to King Crimson) to attack enemies on their blind spot. This ability is something that seasoned fighters struggle to go up against. Touma in his first ever fight against Durendal was able to recognized that time was erased mid attack and was able to predict Durendal’s movements and parry his attack whilst he was already in the motion of attacking. He would then just be able to outright predict movements through his erased time.
  2. Another Saber Rider he scales above is Blades, who had the combined knowledge of all previous Seiken users, all of whom were members of the Sword of Logos. The SoL is an organization that spanned over 2000 years and all of their members were considered to be master swordsmen and some of the best in the worlds.
  3. Hiden Aruto is someone who doesn’t need to be introduced when it comes to precog. Aruto by the end of the series is capable of predicting several trillions to quadrillions of battle scenarios over the span of, I kid you not, a few seconds. Just to point out, the abilities to predict 4 scenarios in Kamen Rider Zero One was so OP that it was able to counters a speed blitz and TP
TLDR: Ace’s skill allows him to keep up with people who’s analytical prediction was so potent that they can predict attacks through erased time, several hundreds of thousands of layered AP that can break through TP and a speed blitz, and the combined knowledge of hundreds of humanity’s greatest swordsmen.

3. His AD is superior to Keiwa. Keiwa is someone who went from having absolutely no combat experience to being able to match DGP Riders like Ace in skill This is actually very consistent as Touma did the exact same thing with the Saber Riders.
4. I kid you not, Spark Amps are instantaneous. Ace, as a 7-C, was able to jump to being a 1-C character as soon as his fight against ReVice. It’s going to be the same here, as soon as Deku gets to High 6-A, so will Ace, no ding to show he gets stronger, no indication that the Spark amps started.

I do what tk point out that if Deku uses something like Fa Jin or Geatshift to boost his stats…that becomes Ace’s BASE stats. Ace would still have access to his Boost and Twin Command Buckles

1) A question for those knowledgeable in MHA: is soul damage equivalent to physical damage, or does every attack by Deku destroy the soul? What are the consequences of minor soul damage?
2) Geat's and the other Riders' analytical predictions are too cartoonish, so Deku won't be able to land a single clean hit on the enemy and is forced to rely on unexpected combinations of his abilities and covering the entire battlefield with shockwaves.
3) When Deku uses Fa Jin + Gear, he's dead. These are temporary boosts that accelerate him to blitz levels and increase his AP by more than 5x. However, after the timer expires, he will return to his base stats, and Geat will retain the advantage. However, I believe Deku will notice the enemy's peculiarity and won't use this combination.

Geat Low Diff
Arguments for Kamen Rider are sound and extremely compelling. I'm currently voting for Geat based on this, but I'm also willing to listen to Deku's supporters.

Side tangent: Do people care about having stories and music in their Vs Threads?
I'm neutral about music because I usually don't listen to it. Reading a thread and composing an argument can take a lot of time, so a track is simply not enough.
Backstories are always good. They can help better understand the match, the battlefield, and the characters' moods.

You can't do that :3
It was a polite request from a gentleman, which seems quite reasonable to me.

There was a recent incident where the match was almost pushed through to Grace, but when the second-verse supporters arrived, the match was closed and the decision was made with a bang.
We could get 7 votes for Geat in 3 hours and miss the compelling arguments of Deku supporters, which could have really changed our minds.
