Changes:

Spoiler: Stats

The Small Building level and Sub-Relativistic calcs come from the anime, which is now considered non-canon. So, I removed and replaced them with other Canon feats.

Spoiler: P&A

In the P&A section, she had Precognition, which is a mix of Analytical Prediction and Instinctive Action; both are explained in-depth in the new profile.

Any addition's justification can be found in the new profile.

Spoiler: Intelligence

Her Extraordinary Genius (with intuition) rating comes from having a high processing speed, from learning stuff at superhuman speed from basically no information, and from analyzing Cid (who, on his own, is EG with information analysis resistance), who can resist to a near-perfect level of information analysis; more details and scans on the profile.

RE seems like accelerated development, she doesn't gain new abilities, just gets better at she already has.

If I am being honest don't think Delta is EG, seems more like Genius she doesn't predict the future by sheer calculations, and while she can take in a high amount of information, still doesn't seem to reach EG imo.

Otherwise revision is fine.

Just wanted to say the text justification here doesn't fully indicate that it is Instinctive Action but instead just more Enhanced Senses, so I feel like you should emphasize more that their body alone moves based on instinct

To react on instinct, could mean what's written here, which doesn't necessarily mean instinctive action
