I'd say-I'd say. Raven has an edge with her more versatile powers and abilities but what can Solitaire do?

I think these ones will be pretty useful in this fight.

What's the stat difference?

The Teen Titans homepage doesn't seem to have any linked calcs so I can't really say what the actual difference is. With that said, I'd say Solitair has the physical advantage since she's "At least Low 7-C" overall while Raven is just Low 7-C. On the other hand Raven would have the advantage in magic since her's scales to(what I assume) is baseline 7-C.

Nevermind, I found it. 3.7 kilotons (Raven) vs 1+ kilotons (Solitaire). I'll be voting Raven due to the significant stat gap.

Actually Solitair upscales from 1+ kilotons so the stat gap isn't really that significant. So what about Raven's magic, is there a calc for that?

Yeah Raven has very little H2H feats. The only justi that I can see what when she barraged some monkey dude before getting straight up mollywhopped.
