Extra's Death: Neo Empyrean Key Upgrade + Intent

Hello!

I've added a new key for Neo Hargraves, and it's the empyrean key. It is relatively not controversial, and should be easy to pass;

Only the third key is new. Everything prior was already accepted.

Intent​

Now comes the weird part. In the verse, there is something called "Intent", and absolutely everything in verse has it. Either thoughts, body, soul, objects, etc... they all have intent.
And intent was made from the Seed of Existence, more specifically its central part, which is the "Fundamental self-definiton of a person". It is directly considered "Existence", and even information is Existence.

As such, Intent would be Concept Type 3, and Information Type 2. And any character capable of manipulating said Intent would have these two.

I was thinking information manip type 2, but even then, it is apparently made from something, and I'm not exactly sure if it is a fundamental building block of reality (it kinda seems that way, though).

I'd appreciate any help on the matter.

Is it? I really don't see how it is Concept type 3, since it isn't really the self-definition of the person, but some of it come from it.

Ehh I mean, even inanimate objects, thoughts themselves, and emotions themselves (iirc), have intent. Existence of one has intent. They were similar to thoughts and emotions, but aren't really that. Once one looks into, all they'll see is information (either of the past itself, about body parts, about the strength of someone, about specific aspects of their body or mind, etc...). I don't know if it's just empathic manipulation since they aren't actually manipulating emotions.

Oh, and additionally, people could create pure intent clones, ie themselves but are made entirely of intent, and could interact with the world as they please.

And then it gave it all to Nameless Death.

It's Consciousness didn't appear inside Nameless Death's mind. It simply merged with him, and acted as nourishment for his Consciousness.

But more than that, something else entered him.

Something he hadn't recognized until now.

Existence.

He could finally perceive it.

It was the Intent buried deep inside the central layer of Seed of Existence.
