Can we give regen to this character?

The character can regenerate from being shot with arrows and stabbed in the back without leaving scars. But the character has wounds that will never regen or heal. For example, burns on his chest, many broken bones.

Can we give Regen to this character?

Probably you can give him
Limited Regeneration (Mid-Low) (Can regenerate from arrow wounds that would leave scars, but cannot regenerate from fire damage)
Bone breaking probably goes to organ damage or reattaching limbs, so that's a category higher

Since he's not regenerating from burns, and knives or arrows rarely leave major scars, I think low regeneration would be more accurate here.

Well depends on the scan, with how specific the note about scars is, maybe it's in the narrative. And then it would be low, no limitations
