Minor Block tales calc CRT: getting stuff accepted

Yes, but if the characters are able to attack him, he could be scaled to combat speed.
Thats kinda the problem i've been dealing with rn

The attack that they dodged is so fast it hits them before they can even see what happened, forcing them to dodge when the see the fireball (which the calc uses for the moment they start dodging)

in comparison their normal attacks are shown to be way slower, there are other characters in the same demo that can scale to them though so would it be applicable to scale this to their combat?

I'd say that's good for scaling the character who attacks him, but if they stay in combat, I'm not sure, since the other character should be faster than he can react. But of course, if the character isn't vastly superior to the point of blitzing, I think he could be scaled too.
Only a more experienced member could answer that question for sure.

Well block tales is an RPG with story elements and stuff so I'm kinda referring the the enemies that can "fight the player"

Maybe I’m just being pessimistic here, but would this essentially be aim dodging?

it wouldn't be since they dodge when the fireball is as big as possible/visible and thats when the attack itself actually get's launched

It would be aim dodging if the fireball was much smaller though/if they started dodging before the fireball becomes visible since that means the attack is still charging up so they have time to get out of the way without needing to be rel or whatever
