I don’t think MHA should have soul resistance or anything soul related tbh, Vestiges are not “souls” even if the characters with flowery language refer to them as such.

To be completely fair, he had his head destroyed by All Might, was legally pronounced dead, had to be reconstructed, and gave away the original version of his Quirk.
