Well let's go with this. (From my understanding of how their powers work, don't mind correcting me.)

Goji's atomic breath wouldn't matter much considering Adam's resistance to high temperatures and overall higher durability, and I'm pretty sure it would counter his regeneration negation, since the scan kind of implies he negated Destoroyah's regeneration by completely vaporizing Destoroyah, his berserk mode doesn't really have a value so I can't assume that it would really reach Adam's level, but his resistance to regeneration negation would counter Adam's holy light.

Adam has resistance to high temperatures and higher durability to counter Goji's atomic breath, his angelic power wouldn't be able to negate his regeneration though. His flying speed would give him edge to go around Godzilla, but Goji has better C/R speed, but he also has superior AP and LS.

Tbh, I don't have much knowledge on this Godzilla, but from what I'm seeing, both have no way of killing the other, Adam has overall superior physical categories, while Goji has the superior reaction, attack and combat speeds.
