Advantages

Alex Mahone:

• More skilled in hand-to-hand combat than Hannibal in my opinion
• Has Pressure Points
• Though almost comparable, Alex has greater LS since he can hold 10 feet worth of sand alongside Whistler

Hannibal:

• Hannibal has a 1.06x AP advantage over Alex (Former scaling to 9920 J while the latter to 9313 J) though it isn't that much big of a difference
• Hannibal has over Superhuman stamina, which makes him able to last much longer than would Alex
