Introduction
Here's current calculation. It finds distance from Reiokyu to the Sun via angsizing and subtracts it from Seiretei-Sun distance.
Problem 1
Most obvious problem is that while calculation treats SKP being 20+ times being closer to the Sun than Earth, it's still bound by Earth gravity, not Sun.
We know that things that fall from Reiokyu end up in Seiretei (tybw ep8, walls fall at chapter 71). We also know that there's a staircase that links them and you can travel to Reiokyu by that, which will also require being bounded by Earth gravity.
In conclusion, SKP needs to be at least in planet's gravitational domain.
Problem 2
While it seems that distance is consistent, it's only because all of shots result distance which is small fraction of whole Earth-Sun distance, thus making differences look negligible in the end while by themselves they have around 30x difference between low end and high end. Such difference shows inconsistency.
Ang Sizing Moon and Sun Shots from TYBW Episode 1 consistently show massively incorrect results with none of them reflecting the irl distance of these celestial bodies from Earth (6x-20x closer and upto 130x)
Most Distances consistently show the celestial body to be 10x closer than their actual irl distance which is a massive contradiction. It’s not drawn to scale nor intended by the artist and as such making a claim of this magnitude demands a far bigger preponderance of evidence that hasn’t been remotely met.
Same with Reiokyu case, it’s shown super close in one shot but goes 30x far away in another showing so it’s not consistent, which means in both instances the shots where they are super up close are really just an aesthetic thing rather than intended distance showcasing.
And it's not just about irl values, sizes of celestial bodies changing from negligible distance difference within same scene further proves this point.
Problem 3
With such distance, no shinigami would be able to traverse to and from as they can't breathe there. Because most of distance(>99%) is basically outer space, and it would be impossible for shinigami to survive for 1 week without air.
