Dr. Stone Speed Feat Removal

Currently Kohaku is scaled to Homura dodging her sword strike. The calc puts Homura as 9.112x faster than Kohaku's attack which clearly doesn't work as the scaling has them comparable in speed. This falls under having a character dodging at the last second for dramatic effect. This feat is invalid.
Kohaku and Homura both should instead downgrade from Mozu's Supersonic speed as Kohaku can somewhat keep up in combat with Tsubaka who, while with a serious injury, can fight Hyoga whose comparable to Mozu (this scaling chain is already on the profiles)
This doesn't really effect current speed ratings
