Genkai's Light Feat

Genkai's burst of light creates a flash effect, and as far as we're used to from games, flash effects deal temporary damage (blindness) to characters. From what was shown on the panel, this is a very powerful flash effect, so much so that even after tthe flash blast, the characters are still frozen in place. This is where Genkai gains light manipulation. It should also be considered an attack on the senses, as it blinds the characters. We know that the light burst is at the speed of light, so this flash effect blinds characters at the speed of light. In other words, the attack blinds the characters at the speed of light. Therefore, the attack speed is at the speed of light.



Here's an old CRT I opened for Genkai's success, and ridiculously it still needs a staff vote. That is why I mention this achievement again so that it can be acknowledged here.

Musashi's technique satisfies the context of speed. We see that the technique really throws balls of light. I have concrete evidence of Genkai's success, and I've mentioned it all above. In other words, the refutations you put forward cannot go beyond pure speculation, so even if this does not scale to the speed of the attack, it will be a matter of preference. That's why I'm collecting votes now

It isn't really possible for me to assess this if there is no English translation attached. "Photon" is a very particular word, and is certainly load-bearing on the argument here. I would like to have a translation helper to look at this thread first to verify that this is an accurate rendition of the text.

Two mods accepted it, so I think it can be added to the profiles. The only difference between the current profile and the CRT profile is the image. Both are identical in terms of AP, speed, and hax, and it was accepted.
