Jujutsu Kaisen Discussion Page #1

Yuji's shibuya key needs some updating cuz what do you mean Yuji's AP over 2x less than his AP and he used the same ap to damage Mahito who scale to Yuji's durablity for some reason???

Yuji's profile is just terrible as a whole. his last key should straight up scale to Yuta, Ryu etc, then be higher post awakening, far higher with shrine and black flash, even higher with domain expansion. Also dunno why his soul manip is limited, it should just be soul manip, him targeting the boundary between souls is actually like a next step from just harming the soul
His CG key should be 8-A normally and reach possibly/likely 7-C at the end of CG with partial awakening scaling to Maki (who YES, should absolutely scale to 7-C, if it doesnt get accepted i'll crashout) and being able to surprise Sukuna with his strenth/speed and also take a punch from him (Sukuna's output btw only drops after JL)
There's probably more im missing

On EVERYONE'S SOUL (including my product design teachers) Gojo and sukuna has the best chemistry. In fact i'm so humble about it that i'll leave my soul out

All our profiles suck ass. The people who said that would revise the verse drop out.

This all end up becoming harder to fix when every single current support seems to be working on different things all at same time

The only proper way to make the verse look good at this point would take a long time, where we would
  • Make a bunch of calcs and wait for EVERY SINGLE ONE to be evaluated
  • After that, discuss the scaling OUTSIDE of a CRT, since otherwise a thread would be way too long and mods would barely look
  • Make a sandbox for every profile and rework each one
    • Fixing the P&A and the keys of everyone too
  • And THEN create a CRT about reworking the verse

How is that a contradiction? Purple clearly can't just be 50% stronger than red, but claiming that it is purely for the sake of giving a bigger number is wank. You're quite literally saying "well it's the only way to give it a higher value" lmao. I'm not ignoring anything you say, you're just repeating "well it's the only way we can scale it" like the method of scaling is somehow inherently correct just because it's the only one lmfao

it doesn't result in the same issue? I have no problem with Purple being unquantifiably stronger lmfao, don't put words in my mouth. I have a problem with putting a number on something with a wrong at best and desperate at worst method, when the number is clearly incorrect
 
Lowkey is it crazy to say this new gen don’t know how powerful Sukuna was? I mean isn’t this era supposed to be ass because gojo is gone as well as the yuji/yuta gen is on the out, I mean special grades and sorcerers in general are gonna be much weaker and have much less ce, the only real knowledge those boys got of sukuna is a single finger and video tapes(which doesn’t really give a full picture tbh)

Maybe a discord server could be made, at least to discuss the scaling and compile calcs.

Of course I doubt this would be done.
