I watched the film and I have very mixed feelings.
The film is absolutely brilliant in its action scenes and Akaza's character, but we also see a lot of static shots and pseudo-dynamics, which suggests budgetary constraints. It's a bit confusing, and I hope there will be fewer of these scenes by the end.
The anime also failed to improve its narrative moments and adequate tone shifts. Maybe some people like it when Tanjiro makes a silly face during serious moments, but I just don't get it.
Watching 15-20 minutes (at least that's how it felt in the theater) of the characters taking turns grieving for Ubuyashiki is torture. This scene should have either been changed or scattered throughout the film.
Shinobu's flashbacks take up a ridiculous amount of time. Too much is spent on her sister, who is completely empty as a character. And after Shinobu's death, we are also shown the characters' reactions one after another. And then they throw in another saccharine flashback to artificially induce tears. No, don't get me wrong, I really like Shinobu. But it's precisely moments like these that make the ending with Akaza feel weaker. I couldn't help but roll my eyes, thinking, "Another flashback," and check how much time was left in the film.
However, I also understand perfectly well that this was done so people on the internet could make more TikTok edits, and the story turned into a chewing gum that quickly loses its flavor.
Despite everything, I liked the film. Visually, it's very good, albeit with its flaws. However, from a story standpoint, it's far from "peak."

Character C would scale to character A's speed, but you can't use that found speed for a calculation, if that's what you're asking.
