If it’s a standard for Yuta to use cursed speech frame 1 then it’s a legitimate stomp. If he doesn’t start off with it then it’s not a stomp as his win con in this condition would be having Rika restrain Tanjiro, which would invalidate all the votes that had Yuta winning via insta death frame 1

These are advantages. You literally just conceded that point here.
Win condition isn’t having a “better AP” if the character doesn’t actually use it. This better AP you’re talking about is actually a negligible 1.2x difference or so.
Tanjiro can’t flip his way to victory lol. He needs to abide by the victory conditions set out in SBA, and without a sword, he can only knock out for 1 hour with his fist, which unless you want to say Yuta is so much of a bum that Tanjiro can knock Yuta out with fists, he’s getting stomped.
