Since you saw the movie and saw the true size of the fortress being revealed. Do you think Kaneki can still nuke the fortress or find Nakime?

I only watched excerpts because the movie isn't coming out until winter, but Kaneki won't be able to destroy it. I can't say for sure about finding it, because according to the plot, Nakime wasn't able to properly utilize her abilities for concealment and camouflage.
But with the new scenes from the anime, you can rematch Yoriichi and Muzan. What do you think about that?

Why not just make these conditions in battle with other characters, or put Yoriichi in the same conditions as other characters?

Dont know. I did it in this specific case because
1. The fight took place in the Infinity fortress right off the bat and that would prevent him from just leaving frame 1
2. Its extremely out of character for Muzan to fight Yoriichi willingly lol

I kid you not. No matter how its phrased, if the match isnt set in a way Muzan is forced to kill him, he will ALWAYS 100% of the time either run away or leave the fortress frame 1 because he will never square up against Yoriichi

Besides, in their last match, Yoriichi won because people said he'd somehow find Nakime. What's stopping him from finding Nakime once Muzan hides?

All arguments against Nakime were along the lines of "I think Yoriichi will somehow be able to find her and kill her," which is consistent with what we saw in the story. Hiding the enemy forever or using ingenious structures like hiding Muzan at a height of 3 km without any platforms for movement is out of the question, since Muzan is an idiot and didn't think of that in the manga.Then you would literally get the exact same fight from the manga if they didnt know each other

Much much bigger. Crows at full speed would cover about 240km in the movies run time. The crows start in the middle and spread out. Even cutting 1 hour for flashbacks, the midradius is already is 144 km.
Then Nakime starts expanding the castle which goes from a complete void to covering the horizon.

I just wanna emphasize how this feat doesn’t contradict anything in the manga which is crazy
It is offensive tho, assuming nakime has a kaiju big enough as an opponent, nothing is really stopping from continously yeeting all those buildings towards him at those ungodly speeds.
I don't really know why people say the others can't scale, especially considering the power system mechanics here..

Sure she can crush someone big enough by just crushing them with constantly increasing mass. But a very specific use case.
Others can't scale. BDA isn't the same type of universal energy system as ki or spiritual power or chakra. There is no quantifiable way to release it for AP or DP purposes.

Describing as non offensive is just objectively wrong, it was simply impossible to use on human sized targets.
Would you please define what you mean by "quantifiable way to release for AP"?
And what do you mean "universal energy system", how do you define that, and why is it the only way for the other characters to scale?
Even ignoring the fact that the higher ranks have access to a more "concentrated" blood which offers better quality fuel for the attacks themselves (as all blood demon arts are fueled with a demon's blood), Nakime throwing around buildings is similar in terms of mechanics when it comes to scaling as Gyutaro using his blood blades to attack, Akaza creating shockwaves and propelling them towards Giyu and Tanjiro, Kokushibo creating and propelling his crescent moon blades towards Sanemi and Gyomei, Sekiro creating and accelerating his light spear constructs, etc.
Trying to create a differential between the mechanics is reasonable, as demons are shown to have different amounts of control over their manifested attacks, but what you can't dispute is their ability to perform a similar level of propulsion and energy impartion by virtue of them having a higher-quality energy source and thus an overall better fuel than Nakime herself, which by inverse scaling mechanics makes them the stronger and "better" demon.
I just generally see no reason to deem her attacks somehow an exception given the hierarchy of strength presented within the series that's empathized via the higher concentration of Muzan’s blood within a demon the stronger they are, which pretty much implies that Muzan is always the strongest given the mechanics of how blood demon arts are powered, with stronger demons having "purer" and more potent blood, with said purity determining their strenght and rank within the upper moons so no lower ranked demon can exceed the one above it. Which makes it so by default, a demon like Nakime can’t logically emit more raw energy than a higher ranked demon, you're really just side stepping the argument by pointing out her specialization, which does nothing to prove she can somehow output more energy than every single character ever.
