If you genuinly think Ryu's granite blast is stronger than lighting discharge because of output, I don't even know what to say to you.

So by this logic Granite Blast > Maximum Meteor, Frost Calm, Perfect Sphere and Blackhole

Theirs a calc eval forum or, with rusty, you can go to his profile if the calc eval aint working and ask him to look it over and he'll eventually respond either looking it over or refusing to evaluate it
