According to the calculation page, it is stated that:
"In this case, if a reference object with known speed can be visually confirmed to not have moved even 1 pixel (which requires the feat to happen in a visual medium like a comic, movie, or animation)" —
and in this case, I believe that condition is met. Since the old men were still floating in mid-air and after being attacked, they didn't fly away.
I’ve only just started using ang-sizing, so there might be some mistakes.
Px Scaling
Sinu’s arm length:
70.5 cm | 239 px
Old man’s length of forearm and hand: The average height of a korean person
175 cm , so the length of forearm and hand is
40.1 cm | 838 px
Panel height: 1860 px
Distance between Sinu and the panel : (0.705*1860)/[239*2*tan(70deg/2)]) = 3.91784619506 m
Distance between old man and the panel : (0.401*1860)/[838*2*tan(70deg/2)]) = 0.635559948 m
Distance between Sinu and old man : 3.91784619506 - 0.635559948 = 3.28228625 m
Sinu attacked 5 times : 3.28228625 × 5 = 16.4114312 m
Since each kick requires both the strike and the retraction, multiply by 2 : 16.4114312 × 2 = 32.8228624 m
Final speed calculation : ( 5.125 / 0.00275 ) *32.8228624 = 61,169.880 m/s (
Massively Hypersonic )
