MHA dowgrade (Sugarman Ls)

Sugarman's "Joint Training Arc" LS key is scaling higher than Welder's quirk in LS, which scales to Bakugo's LS.
The problem is that the feat is purely AP.
Literally all Sugarman did was destroy the metal bars that held Bakugo, and even then, its don't detach themselves from Bakugo or the wall (first scan).
Meaning that this feat isn't valid.

So what?
Unless there is a feat to replace it, it can only scale to its past key, so it would become like this:

Lifting Strength: Class 25 (Is five times weaker than in his Sugar Rush mode), Class 100 with Sugar Rush (Could easily move a Victory Bot into the air with one hand, while swinging a single steel plate takes this much strength) | At least Class 25 (Far stronger than before), At least Class 100 with Sugar Rush (Far stronger than before)

Or so putting the same justification twice in a single key is too much, it would be like this:

Because of how close it is to Class K (the gap is less than 1.2x) the 2nd key does not lose scaling, and only the justification is changed.

Even if that were valid (which I don't think it is),
Whatever was holding Bakugo back is still there, the metal bars still stuck to the wall and his clothes.
The feat of LS was never really challenged, but rather completely ignored.

So, while making changes to the profile, I noticed that apparently a good chunk of characters scale to class K based on upscaling from 84 tons to 100:
MHA Verse page: Notes > Lifting Strengh

• The Class 100's like Ingenium and Shoto are scaling to Base Deku's feat from the U.A. Sports Festival. (84 Metric Tons)
• The lower Class K's like Uravity and Toga are upscaling to baseline Class K. (100 Metric Tons)

My question is, wouldn't Rikido be affected by this?
Most likely this will become just a change of justification.
