    MHA dowgrade (Sugarman Ls)

    Sugarman's "Joint Training Arc" LS key is scaling higher than Welder's quirk in LS, which scales to Bakugo's LS. The problem is that the feat is purely AP. Literally all Sugarman did was destroy the metal bars that held Bakugo, and even then, its don't detach themselves from Bakugo or the wall...
