So a funny little thing happened and some off-site supporters found an interseting interview about the novel and anime. Credit goes to InfiniteSun, aka KingOfAllMonsters, as well as Yayday for the blog and the translation.

"Explaining the finer points of the theories that appear in the anime in detail. In anime, explaining intricate details often necessitates relying on lengthy monologues, so we consciously minimized expository descriptions. In contrast, since novels are word-based, we were able to incorporate diagrams and explain concepts like the supermaterial "Archetype." Furthermore, novels are meant to be savored for their descriptive passages and the nuanced enjoyment of every single word in the dialogue. We included lines of dialogue that had to be omitted from the anime script. On the other hand, I believe scenes depicting battles between kaiju (monsters) are better expressed in the anime. The anime and the novel complement each other, so I highly recommend experiencing both together."
So the novel and the anime are complementary. The anime shows the battles better, slightly differently, the novel adds some dialogue they couldn't fit in and explains the concepts better. The Author suggests that they should be experienced together.
I think it is pretty clear that both are canon to each other. I've worked to see if the differences between the two would cause any trouble and in the end I found that no, there are no glaring issues. I'll bring up one thing later but in general the biggest difference is the depiciton of the CTC laser which is less explained in the anime and far more understandable in the novel.
Now, where does this leave us?
PART 1: The Profiles
So here are the new profiles, I will first show them and then comment on each and every one of them and explain the changes. These are fusions between anime and novel profiles, edited and cleaned up with added abilities.
Big credit to @Apex_Predator_GX for working on them with me as well as creaitng the original anime profiles and the JJ profiles. This would've taken much, MUCH longer without his help.

Now, what has changed?
PART 2: The Changes
NOTE: Read the profiles first. Please. The following is simply for the sake of explaining things further and for transparency. All scans are linked in the actual profiles which are easy to navigate, especially the controversial stuff. Many people often just link the new profile and have people look at it. Here, i simply wanted to make sure everyone understands exactly what I did so nobody thinks I am trying to pass upgrades under the table.
Part 2.1: Godzilla
-removed Large Size for true form cause its pointless when you have BDE
-removed stat amps because being near a singular point doesn't mean anything for Godzilla as he has one inside himself
-Added immortalities 2, 3, 4, 8, 9: Godzilla is directly controlled by his true form, Godzilla is controlled through the Singular Point inside himself which means as long as its intact he'll be fine, he can regenerate from being liquified instantly and doesn't die from heavy damage, he dies when the true form decides to let it die and then gets revived when the true form returns to control it.
-Upgraded High Regeneration to Low-Godly: "It" generates the archetype molecules making Godzilla up from nothing. This means that rather than there being some pre-existing molecule from which Godzilla regenerates, its body was basically generated from scratch. This means that as long as Godzilla's true form exists it can regenerate freely.
-Added Acausality negation - Godzilla can use his causality hax to affect the other red dust creatures which have Aca type 4 - technically this was discussed in the last thread but whatever
-Added Cosmic Awareness - Godzilla can see the same way the Kumonga do which is to see all possibilites
-Added Hive Mind and Multiple Personalities to "It" since it absorbed countless entities into itself
-Removed the 50m key for Ultima since I believe it to be redundant and removed the 6-C rating. The 6-C rating is removed because it was done through matter manipulation. This was a result of the orthogonal diagonalizer flipping over the archetype and thus nullifying it. Basically, it is hax, not actual AP. Due to that only High 7-A remains.
One thing to add - Terrestris creates the Low 7-B burst via Red Dust manipulation, meaning that it doesn't scale physically, making it 8-B.

Part 2.2: Red dust creatures
So all Red Dust creatures by virtue of being Red dust creatures gain several abilities that are universal to all of them.
This includes
-By virtue of being part of "It" and being on the same level of existence, all the true forms gain Outeversal statistics, 1-A!
-Their acausality type 4 got expanded as they are now entities from outside the universe with a special higher dimensional causality net. This makes their aca type 4 more solid
-By virtue of being made of the higher dimensional archetypes and manipulating said archetypes they all gain HDE, Matter, Biological, Spatial, Temporal manipulation and Reality Warping.
-By virtue of operating on a higher dimensional causality net (as described in both the cosmology blog and the profiles, it allows one to see time as merely a path, transfer info and such through it and is, well, a net of causality unique to them) they all gain Retro and Precognition
-They all gain possibly Genius intelligence by having immense computational power and being part of "It"s hive mind, the mind being comparable or superior to the Singular Point.
-They all gain resistance to Fate, Precognition and Causality manip by virtue of having Acausality type 4
-Their true forms gain hive mind as well as dimensional and time travel by being part of "It" who has these abilities
-They all gain resistance to Biological manipulation via the scan in the profiles
-They all gain mind manip resistance due to their actual mind being 1-A
-They all lose Earth Manipulation cause it is matter manipulation (accepted in older thread)
-They all get disease manipulation because it is what has been accepted for like 4 years now
Finally, the abilities accepted in this CRT for the anime now become part of the new profiles, with a few changes.
Since now we have the novel context to fill in the gaps that were knit together from the anime, we know that the Red Dust creatures don't have Singular Points and aren't Singular Points either, suggesting they cannot have Supergenius intellect from that, nor can they have Law, Math and Physics manipulation. That only applies to Godzilla. To add to this, the Singular Points aren't universes as it was suggested in the CRT, that was a mistranslaiton. In the official dub of the anime they say that the singular points are WITHIN the universe or the space rather than being universes.
So what do they get?
-Body Control, Reactive Evolution and Adaptation
-Regeneration at Mid-Low for scaling from how Godzilla's basic regeneration can fix up his body normally
Separate abilities include
-Immortalities Type 3, 8, 9 - This comes from three things, Type 9 - Same as Godzilla's immortality by virtue of being connected to a higher being, Type 8 from the necessity of red dust to be immortal, Type 3 from the regen.
-Low-Godly regen over time - for the same reason as Godzilla, they were created instantly from nothing.
Part 2.3 - Creature Specific
Rodan
-Profile split into more keys now separating the first, second and shadow forms
-First key is the same as normal, Second key is 10-A with smaller size
-Shadow key gets air manipulation
-All keys are Subsonic+ by the feat accepted in the abovementioned CRT
-Shadow Rodan is possibly 8-B by being a potentially bigger threat to Godzilla than Manda
Anguirus
-Gains dimensional and causality manipulation as his spike was used to cut through the higher-dimensional causality net
Jet Jaguar
-Gets the abilities mentioned in Anguirus' section for the spear
-Gets Matter Manipulation for the Orthogonal Diagonalizer
-Gets HDE for his final form due to being built out of Archetypes
-Gets Hyperversal range for affecting countless-D objects such as the SP and using the OD to remove the archetypes from the universe
-Gets resistance to Space-Time and Causality manipulation via tanking Godzilla's CTC beam
-Gets resistance to fate, precognition and causality manipulation via Aca type 4
oh yeah
-Acausality Type 4 - he is a node in the higher dimensional system of causality that is invisible even to Godzilla
SHIVA
-gains It's new powers
-is now from the anime too ig, not much changes
