It’s very obviously a soul or soul equivalent.
Six didn’t have her powers at this point, and the Lady is not her mother. The implication is clear: Six only starts getting hungry after her soul was removed, and increasingly eats livelier things to fill the void.

Able to snap the necks of Guests with ease using telekinesis, which would get to this tier via size alone. That is, unless I’m misunderstanding something. She’d also narratively be stronger than her own monster form.

I don’t even know where I’d begin with that. If you want something to calc, I’d appreciate it if you could do Six getting crushed by debris (preferably by rewinding the scene to see the full house that fell), Mono getting rammed against a train, and the Runaway falling.

I think your edits include things not included in the CRT, and are missing proper formatting. When was 8-C Six approved? Her size would only be about 9-B or so
