Superman could withstand Dogma's attacks (3.2X AP advantage) and simply realize that his weakness is the television, allowing him to attack with his Heat Vision. I don't know if Dogma can change his phase, but if he can't, then Superman should win with relatively low diff

If they both leave the arena I guess Super would still win due to the AP advantage and better mobility, I don't see Dogmas attacks as something he couldn't avoid

Dogma can fly and is certainly going to chase down Superman given it seems to prefer being in mid range, I think the range argument is kind of a silly one, not to mention we've seen this Superman resort to rangespam exactly zero times. Even against comparable opponents he just goes melee - not that they couldn't chase him but like, he doesn't even try lol. Granted he probably just wins via AP, but still
